How to make Sheet Pan BBQ Chicken with sweet potatoes and brussels sprouts
- Place the chicken thighs in a bag or container and pour the bbq sauce on top. Let them marinate in the bbq sauce for at least 1 hour.
- Then when you are ready to eat preheat the oven to 425 degrees and then place the chicken thighs on the cookie sheet skin side up. Bake for 8 minutes and then remove from oven.
- Then place the sweet potato wedges on the pan drizzle with 2 Tablespoons olive oil and season with chili powder, salt and pepper. Toss until coated
- Then add the Brussel sprouts and drizzle with 2 Tablespoons olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Then place back in the oven and bake for about 25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked.
