How to make the best homemade crunchy tacos meat
- In a skillet add the oil and then the onion. Cook for about 3 minutes on medium heat and then add the minced garlic. Cook for another minute and then add the ground beef. Cook until browned about 4 minutes.
- In a small bowl add the seasonings, including the cornstarch. Mix together and then sprinkle on top of the meat. Mix all together and then add the beef broth.
- Simmer for 3-4 minutes while the meat simmers and the sauce begins to thicken.

- 2 Tablespoons oil
- 1 onion diced
- 2 Tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2/3 cup beef broth
- 2 Tablespoons chili powder
- 1 Tablespoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons corn starch
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- pinch of cayenne pepper

- 1 cup corn oil

- lettuce, shredded
- tomatoes, diced

Grab a skillet and place 1 cup of corn oil in the bottom of the skillet. Then take the corn tortillas and fry them up creating a taco shell. Do this by first frying up half of the tortilla for a few seconds and then fold over the other half creating a taco shell. Fry for a few minutes until crispy and then flip and fry the other half. Drain the excess oil and then place on a paper towel to cool and let the oil drain off.
Stuffed immediately
