Strawberries and Cream French Toast Roll Ups

Strawberries and Cream French Toast Roll Ups

French Toast is a weekend favorite at my house! I love to make different variety so it isn’t the same every time. This Strawberries and Cream French Toast Roll Ups is definitely a favorite right up there with my Nutella French Toast! You could even combine them for an extra sweet treat. Is that too much?! Haha!

By the way, at the end of this blog I added some of my other favorite brunch recipes!

How to make French toast roll ups:

  1. In a bowl whisk together the eggs, milk and vanilla.
  2. Then take the flattened out bread and spread a little whipped cream cheese on each piece. Sprinkle a little powdered sugar on top of the cream cheese and then arrange the diced strawberries in a line and roll up.
  3. Once they are all rolled up grab a skillet or frying pan and lightly grease.
  4. Then Dip the roll ups into the egg mixture and then onto the skillet. Cook on all sides.
  5. Then immediately remove and dip into a bowl that the cinnamon and sugar has been added to and mixed together to create a cinnamon sugar.
  6. Then serve with maple syrup
