School has been out for 2 weeks for my kids. Luckily the temperatures have been pretty good and by pretty good I mean in the 90’s! Arizona weather can get in the 100’s in May. So for it being the end of May it has been gorgeous!
The summer activities are in full swing. My sons are both in swim team which is early in the morning. Followed by that is basketball camp and then usually more swimming and activities! Lazy summer mornings aren’t a thing in our house right now. I am hoping that kicks in soon but for now it is go go go!
So I am always needing something to grab quick that will last me for a few hours! I was super excited when Stonyfield introduced me to healthy Skoop Plant-Based Nutrition. It is quite an amazing product and I have loving using it in my smoothies. It has 20 grams of protein from a variety of ingredients! From brown rice to hemp and 4 servings of fruits and veggies.
Chocolate Covered Strawberries Protein Shake
1 5.3 ounce container Stonyfield Greek Strawberry Yogurt
1 scoop healthy Skoop Chocolate Protein
1/2 (5.3 ounce) container of water
1/2 (5.3 ounce) container of almond milk
large handful of frozen strawberries
Place ingredients in a blender and blend until well combined. Scrap sides and blend if you need to!
