Cornflake Chicken Tenders Recipe
Chicken tenders are a go-to for my kids at just about every restaurant or fast food joint we go to. Of course, you know I’ve figured out how to make them at home and they are SO delicious! If you have ever considered making chicken tenders at home – this recipe is a MUST TRY! The cornflakes add such a nice flavor to this recipe and is sure to be a hit with your family!
How to make cornflake chicken tenders
- Grab you chicken and either cut into strips or use the chicken breast strips. Then season with salt and pepper.
- Then in a bowl add the eggs and milk and whisk together well.
- Then place the crushed cornflakes on a plate or a shallow baking dish.
- Dip the chicken in the egg mixture and then place in the cornflake mixture, make sure the chicken is completely coated. Place on a cookie sheet
- Bake at 375 for 30 minutes and then drizzle on the melted butter and honey. Turn up the heat to 425 degrees and toast for another 10-15 minutes.
