This pepper steak stir fry recipes is a favorite for busy weeks because it is so easy to throw together! I love to serve this with some rice on the side. BONUS: You even sneak in a veggie!
How to make Pepper Steak Stir Fry
- In a wok add vegetable oil and then add the bell peppers. Cook for 3-5 minutes. Then add the thinly sliced steak. (if you want to cook the steak in the wok you can do that as well, just cook the bell peppers, remove the bell peppers, cook the steak, then add the bell peppers back in)
- Then add the minced garlic and ginger and cook for another 2 minutes.
- In a bowl whisk together soy sauce, sugar and corn starch. Then add it to the stir fry mixture.
- Cook for 3 more minutes or until everything is fully coated and then enjoy pepper steak stir fry!

- 1 lb flank steak, salt and peppered (heavy on the pepper), grilled and cut into strips
- 2 T vegetable oil
- 3 bell peppers, thinly sliced
- 2 Tablespoons minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons minced ginger
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 T sugar
- 2 T corn starch
Instructions
