Fruit Pizza shaped like a Christmas Tree? Start with a delicious sugar cookie crust, then top with a white chocolate frosting, then load up with fruits and top with a glaze. Who wouldn’t love a delicious treat that is also loaded with yummy fruit?

As a mom of 4 young children, I always like to make holidays extra special by creating festive desserts! Fruit pizza has always been a family favorite. So when Eggland’s Best reached out to me and wanted me to create a holiday recipe, I knew my family would be thrilled with a delicious fruit pizza!

I have always loved Eggland’s Best eggs because they have six times more vitamin D, 25% less saturated fat and more than double the Omega-3’s and vitamin B12 than ordinary eggs! They are also 10 times richer in vitamin E than ordinary eggs! As a mother, I always look for brands that focus on superior nutrition as this is important for young, developing and learning minds.

During the holiday season as you prepare food for your loved ones, it is important to use quality ingredients such as Eggland’s Best eggs- not only to enhance your recipes, but to also nourish your loved ones!

I created this recipe multiple times this holiday season – that’s why there’s different Eggland’s Best packaging included in the images!

  3. Using a knife, cut the dough into a giant Christmas tree.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes (or until the shine is off the cookie). Then set aside and let cool.
  5. Make frosting: Melt chips into cream. Beat in cream cheese. Set aside.
  6. Make glaze: In saucepan, add all glaze ingredients. Stir over heat until it comes to a boil and starts to thicken, and then set aside to cool.
