Is there anything better than a warm bowl of soup on a winters day? This crockpot potato soup with sausage and corn will do just the trick! Or the smell of soup in the crockpot all day? I don’t think so! My family just adored with recipe!

How to make Crockpot Potato Soup with Sausage:

  1. Add all ingredients into a slow cooker and cook on high for 5 hours or low for 8 hours.
  2. 30 minutes before you are ready to eat Over medium to low heat whisk together 2 cups milk plus 2 Tablespoons corn starch.
  3. Once it begins to thicken set it aside.
  4. Add 1 cup sour cream and 2 cups cheddar cheese to the crockpot.
  5. Then add the thickened milk to the crockpot. Stir all together.
  6. Let sit for 30 minutes and then serve.

Ingredients

  • 14 oz polish sausage, sliced into 1/2 inch
  • 2-3 russet potatoes, peeled and diced into small cubes
  • 2 1/2 cups frozen corn
  • 2 Tablespoons minced garlic
  • 2 Tablespoons minced onion
  • 1 Tablespoons onion powder
  • 2 Tablespoons Mccormick pink salt, pepper and garlic (or 2 tablespoons of salt and pepper)
  • 1 teaspoon season salt
  • 3 cups vegetable broth
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 Tablespoons corn starch
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese
