Happy Cinco de’ Mayo! We are off to a Mexican Fiesta in a little bit but I couldn’t end the day without posting a recipe for one of my very favorite salsas. Fruit Salsa! The perfect summer treat! Serve it up with some cinnamon chips and it is absolutely amazing! If you have any Mexican type grocery stores they should offer these chips. Cant wait for you all to taste this yummy treat!
Ingredients

2 medium granny smith apples

1 kiwi, peeled

1 cup strawberries, sliced

1 small orange

2 Tablespoons brown sugar, packed

2 Tablespoons apple jelly
Instructions
- Peel, core, and slice apples. Chop into tiny bits. Slice strawberries. Chop kiwi.
- Place fruit in a 1 quart bowl. Zest orange peel, and juice inside.
- Add zest, juice, brown sugar, and jelly to fruit.
- Mix gently and chill. Serve with cinnamon chips.
