ingredients

1 1/2 lbs russet potatoes, cut into cubes

15 oz can of corn, drained

1 1/2 cups ham, diced

1 onion, diced

4 ribs of celery, diced

4 carrots, peeled and diced

4 cloves garlic, minced

salt and pepper

32 oz chicken broth

2 cups milk

2 T cornstarch

2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

1 cup sour cream

Instructions

Place the first 9 ingredients into a crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. Then in a small bowl whisk together milk and cornstarch. Then turn the crockpot on high and add the milk mixture. Stir then add the cheese and sour cream. Then serve.
