How To Make This Beef Stroganoff Recipe Your Own

No homemade recipe is complete without your own special touch added. Here are a few ideas if you feel your dish needs something extra:

  • Add In Extra Veggies
    • This dish is perfect with any stir-fry veggie added into it. Depending on the night, we love to saute bell peppers, broccoli, or even asparagus.
  • Add Some Heat
    • Since I’m cooking for a family with younger kids, I usually forgo the extra heat. That being said, this recipe is perfect with a shake of red pepper flakes or cayenne pepper!
  • Try Different Protein Alternatives
    • I know typical steak isn’t for everybody, but this dish is the perfect base for many different protein types. Ground beef is an awesome alternative that still holds all the same flavors. Looking for something vegetarian? Try tofu! Prepare the tofu in the way that’s a proven staple, then add it in at the end.

This beef stroganoff in slow cooker turns out amazing every time and the whole family loves this dish. Try it out at your next dinner and let me know what you think!
