Cream of Broccoli Soup
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 qt half and half
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 (14 oz) can chicken broth
- 3/4 cup flour
- 2 cups milk
- 3-4 cups frozen broccoli
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Melt butter, half and half, cream cheese and chicken broth in a saucepan until smooth.
- Bring to a simmer, whisk flour and milk until smooth.
- Add to heated mixture.
- Then add the broccoli and let simmer for 10 minutes.
- Then season with salt and pepper.
- Serve and enjoy!
