How to make Crockpot Italian Beef Sandwiches

  1. Grab a skillet and drizzle some olive oil. Then take the pink salt and the pepper and season both sides of the chuck roast. Then sear all sides of the roast. Then place the roast in the crockpot.
  2. Pour in the Italian seasoning on top of the chuck roast in the crockpot. Then pour over the beef broth, pepperoncini juice and slices.
  3. Cook on low for 8 hours.
  4. Then take the hoagie rolls and butter on each side and then place in the oven to broil until nice and toasty. Then spread on the mayo, then place the cheese slices down and top with the cooked Italian beef.
  5. Then serve!

2 1/2 lb Beef Angus Chuck Roast

Olive Oil

McCormick Himalayan Pink Salt Black Pepper And Garlic All Purpose Seasoning

Pepper

1 Italian Seasoning packet

1 cup beef broth

1/4 cup pepperoncini juice

2 Tablespoon peperoncini slices

Hoagie Rolls

butter, softened

mayo

provolone cheese slices

Instructions

Grab a skillet and drizzle some olive oil. Then take the pink salt and the pepper and season both sides of the chuck roast. Then sear all sides of the roast. Then place the roast in the crockpot.

Pour in the Italian seasoning on top of the chuck roast in the crockpot. Then pour over the beef broth, pepperoncini juice and slices.
