Cinnamon Monkey Bread is one of my favorite things to make with my bundt pan.
My kids love pull apart bread and this homemade monkey bread is just as delicious as it is fun to eat!
2 tubes buttermilk biscuits (not flaky layers)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup pecans, chopped
1/4 cup almonds, chopped
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup brown sugar
3 Tbsp butter, melted
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray bundt pan with non stick cooking spray. Combine the melted butter, and syrup in a small bowl. In another bowl combine the brown sugar, cinnamon, and nuts. Place half of the syrup in the bottom of the pan. Then sprinkle half of the brown sugar mixture on top. Lay the biscuits on the bottom of the pan. Standing them up slightly and overlapping edges to form a ring. Top with remaining syrup and sugar mixture. Bake for 15 mins or until golden brown. Cool for 1 minute in the pan and then invert onto serving platter and enjoy!
