How to make Spinach and Artichoke Dip
- Preheat: preheat the oven to 350 degrees and get your 9×13 casserole dish ready
- Heat: heat the spinach in the microwave
- Drain: drain the artichoke hearts
- Mix: mix together all the ingredients except the pepper jack cheese
- Bake: place all ingredients in a casserole dish and top with cheese and bake

Creamy Spinach Artichoke Dip
Ingredients
- 1 10-ounce package frozen chopped spinach
- 2 13.5-ounce cans artichoke hearts
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup grated pepper jack cheese
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9×13 casserole dish with nonstick spray.
- Heat the spinach in the microwave oven on high for 5 minutes and squeeze dry.
- Drain the artichoke hearts and coarsely chop in a food processor.
- Combine all the ingredients except the jack cheese in a large bowl. Stir well.
- Transfer into the prepared casserole dish and sprinkle with jack cheese on top.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Top with a dollop of sour cream and serve with chips!
