Everyone loves breakfast croissant sandwiches! These mini roll ups are the best breakfast snack to make for friends and family. These are always a huge hit and are so easy to make! If breakfast is one of your favorite meals of the day than this is going to become your new go-to recipe. The mini sandwiches make for an amazing brunch appetizer as well. Fill them with whatever kind of meat you like and enjoy! Simple and fun to make! Try them out!

Breakfast Croissant Roll Ups

Mini Breakfast Croissant Sandwiches

Mini Breakfast Croissant Sandwiches
Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 15 minutes
Total Time 25 minutes

Ingredients

  • Croissant Dough
  • Scrambled Eggs
  • Ham, Bacon or Sausage Link (cooked)
  • Sliced Cheese
  • Powdered Sugar
  • Jam

Instructions

  1. Lay a piece of the croissant dough down on a pan.
  2. Place a slice of cheese down, then lay down the meat, and finally top with a little scrambled eggs.
  3. Roll it up and brush with an egg wash mixture of (1 egg + 1 T water whisked together).
  4. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
  5. After it is baked, sprinkle a little powdered sugar on top and then dip in the jam. 
  6. Serve and enjoy!
