Have you ever had breakfast egg cups baked with ham and cheese? These are super delicious and extremely easy to prepare for any quick breakfast! Some people may call these egg bites or egg muffins but I have always said they are egg cups! The ham creates a little cup for the egg to fit perfectly in. My kids love these and are a great way to cook a healthy meal to start the day. They are cooked in a muffin tin and only take about 15 minutes! Try them out and change up your normal breakfast routine.
Breakfast Ham and Egg Cups
Ham and Egg Cups Baked
Ingredients
- 12 slices ham
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 12 eggs
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Spray 12 muffin tins.
- Line each muffin tin with a slice of ham.
- Sprinkle in some shredded cheese then crack an egg on top.
- Season with salt and pepper and bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 mins.
- Serve and enjoy!
