My house can get crazy sometimes with all my kids having different schedules and I don’t always have dinner ideas! Having time to make gourmet dinners is rare and I usually have to throw something together last minute. I have learned that having meals on deck is always a good idea and a MUST! My blog is full of dinner ideas, but not all of them are meant to be quick and easy. Follow along and try out these easy dinner ideas the next time you are in a rush or limited on supplies!

- These are two different versions of a SUPER easy dinner meal that can be thrown together quickly. You don’t need any specific ingredients and it can be made in all different ways based on what is in your pantry!
- These yummy tacos can be made by putting chicken breast into the crockpot in the morning with all of the other ingredients you enjoy on a taco. When you are ready for dinner time just heat up some tortillas and enjoy the yummy buffalo chicken!
This is a good option for dinner when you had tacos the night before and have leftover chicken! Put lettuce, chicken, avocado, pico de gallo, and any other ingredients you like on a taco and have a healthy salad for dinner.
