ICE CREAM SANDWICH DESSERT

Who doesn’t love ice cream sandwiches?! This dessert recipe is to die for and surprisingly super easy to make as well. It is perfect for a unique birthday cake or other celebrations and everyone is always obsessed with this recipe. Check it out!

ICE CREAM SANDWICH DESSERT

ICE CREAM SANDWICH DESSERT
Prep Time 20 minutes
Total Time 20 minutes

Ingredients

  • 19 ice cream sandwiches
  • 1 jar (11 ¾ oz.) hot fudge topping
  • 1 12-oz. Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1 c. salted peanuts (or mix of pecans too)

Instructions

  1. Cut one ice cream sandwich in half. Place one whole and one half sandwich along a short side of an un-greased 13-in.x 9-in. pan.
  2. Arrange eight sandwiches in opposite direction in the pan. Spread with half of the whipped topping. Spoon fudge topping by teaspoonfuls onto whipped topping. Sprinkle with ½ cup peanuts.
  3. Repeat layers with remaining ice cream sandwiches, whipped topping and peanuts (pan will be full).
  4. Cover and freeze for up to 2 months. Remove from the freezer 20 minutes before serving. Cut into squares.
