My husband is not a fan of pork chops. I rarely cook with them for that reason. I saw some on sale and grabbed them and figured I would incorporate them into my meal plan somehow. Even if it meant saving them until my husband was out of town or working late or something. I decided to give them once last try one night knowing that my husband was going to be around.
 
After I made these and my husband tasted them he then told me that the reason he isn’t a pork chop fan is that whenever he has eaten them they have been dry. But low and beyond these were the exact opposite of dry! They were yummy and juicy and he absolutely loved them! As you can tell by the pictures these are a very juicy version of pork chops! They are easy and delicious! Great way to mix pork chops in when they are on sale or if you are a pork chop fan already you will probably love these even more!

Juicy Grilled Pork Chops

Juicy Grilled Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 heaping Tablespoons of brown sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon thyme

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients (except the pork chops) in a bowl and whisk until well combined to create the marinade.
  2. Grab the pork chops and place in a ziplock bag.
  3. Then pour the marinade over the pork chops.
  4. Marinade for 1-2 hours. The longer the better! Then turn on the grill and heat it up for a few minutes then toss the pork chops on.
  5. Cook for about 5 minutes on each side on medium. (This time with depend on how hot your grill gets so just watch them) You want them cooked but still be able to see a tiny bit of pink in the center.
  6. The meat will be at about 140 degrees.
  7. Place on plate and let rest for a few minutes and then serve up!
